Family Therapy

Each family member is my focus in this 80 minute session. We will work to address imbalances in communication, coping responses, problematic behavioural patterns, and provide you with home practices to integrate new learning. The hope is that you feel confident in addressing life's challenges as a unit, and that each of you, no matter how young or old, recognize and feel you are important and a major contributor to the health and well being of the family system as a whole.

Parent Consultation

We meet monthly to discuss progress of your child's sessions. It is also an opportunity for you to give me feedback on what you are noticing at home, as well as other areas of your child's life such as school, social and extra curricular engagements. We can brain storm solutions and adjust treatment accordingly.

I also offer parent consultations when your child in not in therapy, or is in therapy elsewhere.
