Children and Teens
I offer a variety of play, expressive and projective tools and lots of attunement during this 45 or 60 minute sessions. These tools allow for flexibility, use of creativity, which helps the nervous system stay regulated and grounded, therefore fostering opportunities for building emotion resilience, social skills, confidence, self esteem, and trust in Self.

(for children 11 and younger)....................$125
60 minute session.......................................$165
**Online booking is available, please book a Free Consultation Session: 15 min, or a Parent Consultation Session: 60 min, prior to booking a Child Session: 45 min. I will need to gather and share information before seeing your child.
Adults
I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to tailor your session, which are based on your needs and hopes. Throughout the process of therapy, you may experience curiosity, growth, vulnerability, courage, strength, a variety of emotions, emotional detox, clarity, confusion, constriction and expansion, all processed in a supportive, non-judgemental, non-pathological, and mindful environment. This environment is continuously co-created between us. My hope is that you may come to experience deep healing.
